Built for safety in any situation, the Forte’s structure is 54% high-strength steel. The standard transmission is a six-speed manual, but KIA’s first CVT is optional. The interior has been moved rearward by adding 6″ ahead of the firewall. This makes for a short trunk that covers 15 cubic feet of cargo space.
