As the flagship of Bentley’s lineup, the Mulsanne is a hand-built testament to quality. Because it doesn’t share engines or chassis with any corporate cousins, the Mulsanne appeals to the individualist. New for 2018, engineers have found unprecedented power from their 6.75-liter
V8. The Mulsanne Speed specs use of two turbochargers to offer 530 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. It has more torque than any other sedan, and it does so at only 1,750 rpm.
Power of that magnitude allows the 7,055-lb work-of-art to reach 60 mph in 4.8 seconds, and cruise at 190 mph. The new “Bentley Theatre” rear seats will keep you entertained and massaged while your bottles are chilled behind you. Your driver will have four adaptive suspension modes to choose from, as the computer makes 50 adjustments per second. To make it your own, Bentley offers no less than 100 exterior colors, 11 veneers, 24 leather colors and 13 duo-tone patterns.
If you need more, no request is too extreme for the Mulliner Department. Their blend of polished stainless and hand-finished wood are unmatched in the automotive world. Also new for 2018, all exterior lighting is now LED with four beam patterns. The headlights take cues
from GPS and vehicle speed to illuminate the road ahead. Also LED is the new ambient lighting system. A WiFi hotspot, backup camera and six-disc DVD player are also standard equipment.
